What area do you cover?
We Cover most of the South East Essex area working from Shoeburyness and Wakering in the East, out to Grays and Brentwood in the West, and up to Chelmsford in the North. Check our Service Area page for full details of postcodes.
How long does it take for you to come out?
We aim to be with you as soon as is possible, same day or next day appointments are usually available depending on how busy we are and when you are in for us to visit.
Will I have to stay in all day for the engineer to call?
No — we give am or pm appointments, a first call job of the day is between 9:00-9:30 am, on the school run? no problem just let us know what times we need to avoid. If required our engineer will call you to let you know when they are on their way, generally this is just as they are leaving the last repair. Sometimes the engineer can get held up on a job so we might be a little late, but we will always call you to let you know our revised estimated arrival time.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card and Google Pay or Apple Pay. Unfortunately we can no longer accept cheques sorry.
How much do you charge?
Our charges start from £50.00 up to £80.00 plus any parts if required. This covers the engineer coming out and working on the appliance to diagnose the fault. Once the engineer has diagnosed the fault we can give you an estimated cost for the repair.
Do you carry the tools and or parts for the job?
Yes! Our engineers carry a full range of tools for all different appliances and any number of types of jobs. They also carry a wide selection of parts so that your appliance can be back up and running as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that there are 100's of different makes and models so we can't carry everything, but parts will be ordered as soon as is possible if required.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee work we do on completed jobs for 6 months, this covers the specific repair carried out and any parts which have been fitted. We cannot guarantee against blockages or any other parts within the appliance.
